We must always seek to constantly place our customers in the osyter shell. The customer is the pearl being protected. The questions we ask are what is the customer seeing, hearing and experiencing? Lights, music, candles, feelings, appearances, menus, smiles, willingness to serve, not shirking, proud to serve. The total experience being protected and executed with amazing excellence is our goal. It is not easy, but it is fun and it is a great growth experience of us if we do it genuinely and sincerely. Everyday we do it from the heart we get a little bit better at what we do.
