The El Tiempo Cantina on Washington is similar to the Richmond location with family portraits throughout the restaurant, along with Mexican pottery and handcrafted wooden furniture. This location has become a very popular spot, as it’s within walking distance for many residents in the Washington Corridor. It also provides easy access to several main highways including Houston’s Katy Freeway and the West 610 Loop. The Washington location is also a great place to dine for those on their way to a play, sporting event or any other Downtown event. It’s about a 5-minute drive to downtown Houston!
As a family signature, Executive Chef Domenic’s menu includes the famous fajitas and other Latino staples, all with a nod to the family’s Italian and Mexican-American roots.
